Users administration

When you need work with all users profiles inside ATS Desktop, you must login into the server/PC running Windows Terminal Services or connected with the Active Directory tree as ADMINISTRATOR user.

Adding users:
use the same process you used when you installed for first time the ATS Desktop. Using this menu


Logged as Administrator user, follow the same procedure described here.

Inside this option you have this screen



On the grid, <Right-Click>, you will see this contextual menu


Reinstall files for this user:
in the user account pointed with the cursor, inside the grid, you can reinstall all files for this user dependency.

Erase user:
with this option, you erase the user license and the files for this user account.
IMPORTANT: this is for the ATS Desktop user managing, not the Windows user managing. All Windows user accounts, for Terminal Server, or Active Directory, are not affected anyway.

Update templates for all users:
with this option you can update all report templates for all ATS Desktop users. ATS Desktop will download all templates and it will replace all templates for every user defined here.

Licences: Contact ATS Tech Support about this feature. By Default, ATS Desktop comes with a 3 (three) user licences. When you click this option, you will see
